At the Beijing Olympics, snowboarding legend Shaun White in tears for his last

After three Olympic titles and fifteen years of domination over his sport, the American is about to retire.


Snowboarding was the love of my life.” And he did it very well. This Friday, February 11, American legend Shaun White made the last start of his immense career, finishing just off the podium in the half-pipe event at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. 

Triple gold medalist in Turin in 2006, Vancouver four years later and finally Pyeongchang in 2018, he concluded this final  run with an anecdotal fall, quietly reaching the bottom of the  pipe before letting emotions overwhelm him and shed a few tears. .
