In a Christmas phone call, a man used the phrase "Let's go Brandon", used by pro-Trump people to mean "Fuck Joe Biden".

The US president was insulted on Friday, December 24, with a hint of noise, during a phone call as part of the Christmas celebrations. He's a family man who used the coded expression "Let's go Brandon" , popular with supporters of former President Donald Trump, which actually means "Fuck Joe Biden", Joe Biden).

The President and his wife Jill have followed the tradition of chatting with a few people calling a hotline to follow the Santa Claus tour, managed since 1955 by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (Norad). It was in this context, by videoconference from the White House, that they were put in touch with a man claiming to be called "Jared", father of four children.

"I agree", replied the president

After chatting briefly with the kids about the gifts they ordered and getting them to go to bed before midnight, Joe Biden spoke with the father, noting that they both have a son named Hunter. Ending the conversation, the American president wished "a wonderful Christmas" to his interlocutor, who replied "I also wish you to have a wonderful Christmas, merry Christmas" before ending his words with "Let's go Brandon " .

"'Let's go Brandon', I agree," replied the US president, without further reaction to the coded formula. If it was not immediately possible to determine whether the president had entered the reference, Jill Biden on the other hand let out an embarrassed laugh.

Far-right pro-Trump activists tried for sedition

The sedition trial of several members of the far-right American militia Oath Keepers, including its founder Stewart Rhodes, came to a head on Monday, with prosecutors accusing them of having heavily armed themselves on January 6, 2021 to attack the Capitol in order to keep Donald Trump in power. Justice Department lawyer Jeffrey Nestler claimed Mr Rhodes, a former serviceman known for his black eye patch and fiery rants, knew exactly what he was doing as he led his militia members to headquarters of the US Congress. Showing videos of the violent attack carried out by dozens of members of the group dressed in full combat gear, Mr Nestler said Stewart Rhodes led them “like a general on the battlefield”, as the chosen ones tried to certify the victory of Democrat Joe Biden in the presidential election. On Jan. 6, 2021, the Oath Keepers "developed a plan for armed rebellion ... plotting to oppose the government of the United States by force," he said. “They did not go to the capi

United States: a truck full of vibrators blocks the highway

The accident happened in broad daylight in the United States. A truck full of vibrators overturned and blocked a highway. These images have made the rounds of social networks and American media. On Wednesday, September 14, a traffic accident took place in the United States on a highway. A truck overturned on its side, leaving much of its cargo toppling over. The truck was carrying vibrators and lubricants.  It was not an accident like any other and fortunately no one was injured. After the accident, the truck, obliquely on the three lanes, blocked traffic. The image is as impressive as it is unusual. The vehicle is completely overturned and we guess, for several tens of meters, a crowd of cardboard, mostly open and their contents on the road.  This famous content, which has earned so much media coverage for this accident, is a model of a pink vibrator. The Vice journalists even  found the model  of vibrators, brand "Adam & Eve", the "G-spot touch finger vibrator"
